Q: Can I specify a custom color for my order?
A: Certainly. We can produce fabrics in any Pantone color, and all you need to do is provide us with the relevant Pantone code or send us tangible color swatches for a counter lab dip sample to be created. This sample will require your approval before placing an order.

Q: What is your lead time for bulk orders?
A: Our own knitting and dyeing mill enables us to offer fast turnaround times of 5-15 days after the lab dip has been approved.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Start by informing us which fabric you are interested in or wish to create, and send us a message or email. We'll then provide you with a counter sample for approval and a price offer, and if the sample is approved, we'll issue a sales contract via email.

Q: What are your current trading terms?
A: We currently offer EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF trading terms, with the ability to negotiate other terms.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T and L/C as payment methods, which can also be negotiated.
